Drophunt is a very cool place where to find expired domains with traffic signs.
Personlly, I’ve done lots of $$$ just by getting some cool domains here.
The Search Page…
And the Results…
Finding SUPER-Domains at Drophunt.com
You can get a nice domain targeted to your keyword, but you can get a
super-domain, just by entering the following conditions:
Domain (Contain): a (or b, c, d… just type one letter)
Yahoo Links (At Least): 200
Msn Links (At Least): 50
Just a few words about Drophunt.com and others…
DH (and others) provide no-real-time information.
This means that:
A) The domain you like, could be registered five minutes ago.
B) The general info of your domain (PR, backlinks and other),
could have changed.
How do you get updated info?
First download and install this software (Free):
http://www.nr4.com/downloads/eepire10.exe
Filtering Available Domains:
1) Go to DropHunt.com. Select the results, do a right click – “COPY”.
2) Open Excel. Paste. Click the first column header. Right Click “COPY”
3) Open Notepad. Paste. Save the file (Example: Expired.txt)
4) Open eePIRE. Open your saved file (expired.txt) by clicking the “Custom
List” option. Then click start button.
Ready! Soft will tell you which domains are available, and which not.
Getting Updated info (Link Popularity):

for those domains.
Other Sites Where To Find Expired Domains…
There are many other sites where you can find expired domains.
For Example: http://www.PremiumDrops.com
At the time of writing this PremiumDrops.com it’s free of charge.
You just have to register to get full access.
The “Available Now” will show you the Domains that are now available for
Registration…
Other Sites…
1. DomainBroadCasting.de
http://www.domainbroadcasting.de/freedomains.php
One goal of this page is that it shows expired domains with it´s PR,
and other nice data from the search engines (domains linking to it,
indexed pages and more). They´ll show you some expired domains
with traffic for free. If you want full access, you can suscribe for
a few bucks.
2. JustDropped.com
http://www.justdropped.com
They give no PageRank info.
3. DomainsNext.com
http://www.domainsnext.com/deleteddomainslists.htm
They give no PageRank info.
4. Deleted Domains Containing a Given Keyword:
http://www.whois.net/searchD.cgi2
5. Domains TO BE DELETED for a Given Keyword:
http://srv.domaininformer.com/srv/di?ScheduledDeletes
Ok, let’s stop here. If you want additional listings you can make a “expired
Domains listings” search, and find other lists.
Want to find expired domains for yourself?
eePire can do it for you.
A cool feature is the “Browse for Names” tool (under the “Tools” Menu).
You can make a search at dmoz, msn, google, etc and the system will
Tell you which domains are expired for that search term. Cool!!!
(Notice: If you find available domains doing a search, check that they
exist in the results page you´re browsing, since i´ve found that this
tool sometimes shows domain names that are not in the results
found).
Expired Domains and Search Engines
You may be answering: If i´ve registered a site that has 5.000 indexed
pages at Google or other search engine (for example), and now those
pages are not online… will those pages, remain indexed and driving
traffic?
Answer: While many domainers loose their rankings within 2 or 3
months (or even less), the 80% of my domains keep indexed, and
even more…they increase the number of indexed pages! Later i´ll
tell you what do I do.
Cleaning Lists
There are many sites that provide lists of expired domains with too many
Info. For example, Odditysowftware.com has some lists of expired domains
with Many info:
What if you want to check with eexpire which domains are available and
which not? You need to clean this list. We’ve learned how to clean a list
using Excel, but now I’m going to show you a faster way to do so.
We go to http://www.ovtcheck.com/cleaner.php and then paste a list of
domains with too many info…
And here’s the cleaned list…
By the way, you can try with these lists:
